BPM, an independent registered public accounting firm, was approved by the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors following the evaluation of audit proposals and discussions with several public accounting firms. BPM replaces PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Burr, Pilger & Mayer provides accounting and consulting services covering the areas of tax, accounting, audit, outsourced accounting and SEC Reporting.
