Corporate Governance - Biography

Mr. Ahmad currently serves and the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, a role he has held since November 2020. He brings over two decades of rich experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for both public and private companies as well as financial advisory and consulting services to Boards and CEOs. Before joining Iridex, Mr. Ahmad was the CFO at Cutera (CUTR), a laser based medical devices manufacturer in the aesthetic space. Prior to that, he was the CFO at Telenav, Inc., and Quantum Corporation, both public companies. He’s a key contributor to the enterprise-level vision and strategy. Mr. Ahmad is currently a Partner at FLG Partners, a leading CFO consulting and board advisory firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
